Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and estimated delivery timeframe.
All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Payment must be received before your portrait creation begins. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will be quoted the current price before purchase confirmation.
After we create your portrait, you will receive a preview within 2-3 business days. You may request reasonable revisions to the portrait at no additional charge. Our revision policy allows for adjustments to color, composition, or other artistic elements to ensure your satisfaction. Requests for major redesigns may incur additional fees.
All printed products are produced by professional print partners using premium materials and processes. We take great care to ensure quality, but slight color variations may occur due to differences between digital displays and print. All products are inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We ship via standard carrier services. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages once tracking shows delivery; please file claims with the carrier directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your portrait.
