It's simple! Upload your favorite photo of your pet, choose your preferred product (digital download, print, canvas, mug, etc.), and place your order. We'll craft a unique folk art portrait that captures your pet's personality. You'll receive a preview within 2-3 business days for your approval.
The best photos are clear, well-lit, and show your pet's face and personality. Straight-on or slight angle shots work great. Avoid blurry photos, heavy filters, or photos where your pet is very far away. The better the photo, the better the portrait!
Absolutely! Multi-pet portraits are one of our most popular options. Just upload a photo of your pets together, or send us individual photos and we'll compose them into one portrait.
Digital downloads are typically ready within 2-3 business days. Printed products ship within 5-7 business days after portrait approval. Total delivery time depends on your location — typically 1-2 weeks for US orders.
You'll receive a high-resolution PNG and PDF file of your portrait, suitable for printing up to 24×36 inches. The files are delivered via email and are yours to keep forever — print them anywhere, use them as wallpaper, or share on social media.
We offer prints & posters (matte, silk, photo art paper), framed prints (passepartout and standard frames), canvas art wraps, ceramic mugs (11oz and 15oz), tote bags, weekender bags, and phone skins. We're always adding new products!
Yes! Most of our print products come in multiple sizes. Posters are available in up to 74 different sizes, and canvas wraps come in 14 sizes. You'll see all available options at checkout.
Digital downloads start at $29. Prints start at $5.30 for posters and go up depending on size and framing. Mugs start at $5.56, tote bags from $9.48, and canvas wraps from $23.08. Every order includes your custom folk art portrait.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental US. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We want you to love your portrait! When you receive your preview, you can request adjustments. If you're still not satisfied after revisions, we offer a full refund — no questions asked.
If you're not happy with the final portrait, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. For printed products, if there's any damage or quality issue, we'll replace it or refund you.
